These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at Baobab-tech.com (the "Site") and the digital education content and services made available through it (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Baobab Tech, Unit 5, Plot 173 GICP, Gaborone, Botswana. C. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Platform and its Content vest exclusively in Baobab Tech or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Intellectual Property Rights to you. The Baobab Tech name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary to Baobab Tech and may not be used without prior written consent.

Where Content references third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as Google products, AI writing tools, or analytics platforms), all trademarks and intellectual property associated with those third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products are for educational illustration purposes only and do not constitute endorsement or affiliation.

D. Accuracy and Nature of Educational Content

The Content on this Platform is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is intended to help users develop an understanding of digital skills and tools relevant to operating a business in Botswana.
